There is another way than holding on routines…

I really don’t like routines.  So many times I tried to hold on my qigong practice and all the time I couldn’t continuously keep on doing it. I had some periods of intensive training and after following a break. After 12 years, I got an insight which opened for me totally different motivation to practice.

I understood that to feel well, to be healthy and develop my spirituality is not enough motivation for me to keep a daily routine of qigong practice. It is enough reasons, but not enough strength to keep going. I got a switch when I started to feel joy with all my body in my practice, and I recognized that this joy appears when I really become aware in my body and the very present moment. As I start my training with the deepest openness, sincerity, and in contact with my own heart, everything becomes so easy and joyful… Some spontaneous movements are being released. The special place and established preparation to practice becomes not necessary at all. It feels just as good on the mountain so in the kitchen…

When we start to experience the silence of mind, we will continue our practice, and when we start to feel spontaneous joy in our qigong practice, we don’t need to make some special routines –  the practice becomes essential need. Joyful and delighted…
